2018 Event Info:

This year’s event will be in Kansas City, MO from November 7-9th. The competition we are competing in is Robot Tag. Our robot must be able to take the flag off of the opposing teams robot to remove them from the game. Last team with a flag on their robot wins. While there we are also attending the Annual Conference where people from across the US will be presenting projects and giving speeches.

Why do we need money?

Our funding that we receive go towards parts to build the robot, tools, t-shirts, and travel expenses. Although our University does offer some funding, it is very limited. All leftover funding we receive will roll into next year’s team and also help us bring in guest speakers and go on business tours.
